- Which program you told us you were interested in.
- Whether you gave consent to receive text messages, and the date, time, and page on which you gave it.
- Standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address.
How we use it
- To contact you about the free class you requested, and to schedule it.
- To send class reminders and scheduling updates, by email, and by text message if you consented.
- To answer questions you ask us.
- To keep records of consent, as messaging regulations require.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Consenting to text messages is never a condition of booking a class, of training with us, or of receiving any service. You may decline and we will contact you by email or telephone instead.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Messaging Terms for full details.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number.
- We do not transfer your messaging consent to any other business. Consent you give us applies only to Gracie Barra Brandon.
- We do not buy contact lists or message people who did not ask to hear from us.
Who processes your information for us
We use service providers to operate our business — for example, the platform that stores our contact records and delivers our email and text messages, and the telecommunications carriers that transmit those messages. These providers act on our instructions and only to deliver the services we have asked them to deliver. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, including records of messaging consent. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Stop text messages: reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Any of these works.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children
Our children's programs are booked by a parent or guardian. We collect a child's first name and age only, and only from the adult enrolling them. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
